I realized today, as I was posting block 7, that I missed posting the last two. So here they are:
Block 5: Doubles
To the left is the view from the back!
This one gave me a chance to practice top-quilting with my walking foot in a graphic pattern, and I love how it turned out! I did make some adjustments to the pattern, because I prefer the two at a time HST technique over the bias method that this author seems to use!\
And here is block # 6. This one utilized some fun national park fabric I have (I fussy cut a national parks panel, and added black around it to make it big enough for the center block of the original pattern.
I'm really proud of the fussy cutting and the top quilting on this one!
The back on this one wasn't too interesting, but it did use fun printed national parks fabric!
